Star Student: 2012-2013

Grossmont High School Star Student of the Month Awards are reserved for students who truly stand out in an important and significant way. These students can be selected for this honor for a variety of reasons such as academic excellence, level of improvement, success at great odds, or juggling extra-curricular activities with academic achievement. Out of the 2600 Grossmont students, 110 stand outs will take part in this privilege each year. The students are invited to lunch with the principal, they receive a certificate, hear the teacher's comments about their accomplishments, and GHS Educational Foundation provides each student with a free movie ticket. We are very proud of the students who receive this exclusive honor.
