New News:

1. Camp LEAD:  If you have been given a Camp LEAD application, please turn it into the GRC as soon as possible for consideration.

CSF Members:  Are you interested in a digital internship program? If so, visit Mr. Lee in the Science building, room 1130, for more information. Hurry, deadline to apply is May 19th.

Girls Golf:  If you are interested in playing girls golf in the fall, please come to an informational meeting next Tuesday, May 21^st, at lunch in room 865, Coach Neill’s room.

Calling all Grossmont students!  Are you interested in earning credits this summer? Would you like to have hands-on training welding? There is a summer class at El Cajon. See your counselor for details and to sign up for the class.

Seniors:   Are you thinking about Majoring in Criminal Justice in College? The El Cajon Police Department has a scholarship opportunity for you. Stop by the Career Center or GRC for details.

Instrumental Music Recruits:  Do you have musical talent and want to join a performance ensemble? Do you have any type of musical background and want to learn to play an instrument? Grossmont High School's award winning Instrumental Music program is looking for current GHS students who want to participate in a performing ensemble next year. You can join the Marching Band, Orchestra, Percussion Ensemble, or Color Guard. Come be a part of our tight-knit organization! If interested, stop by the band room and talk to Mr. Llamas. Musical experience is a plus, but not required! "Music expresses that which cannot be said and on which it is impossible to be silent."
