WELCOME TO GROSSMONT ATHLETICS DEPARTMENT

Welcome to the home page for the Grossmont Foothillers Athletic Program. Athletic programs increase not only the physical aspects of the student athlete, but many other skills as well. These programs produce quality members of our community. Sports teach students how to compete with pride, show them what it takes to be a committed member of a group, and for some develop the leadership skills that will carry over into college and their careers. The choice and the privilege to participate in our programs should not be taken lightly. However, if you choose to make the commitment, you will be enriched like never before.
