Grossmont High School Online

1. Attend the FRESHMEN FORUM on March 31st, 6pm @ GHS (See pamphlet inside this packet)
   • Students and their parent(s) are invited to attend this important evening that is designed to acquaint you with the specific academic and elective programs for freshmen. You will meet the counselors, administration, and many of the teachers. Plan on attending this meeting to ensure a successful start at Grossmont.

2. Fill out the blue “Course Selection” form using the instruction sheet inside the Freshmen Information Pamphlet and information from the FRESHMAN FORUM.

3. Carefully complete the entire registration packet inside this envelope.  All forms must be completed and returned on the appropriate day as outlined below.  A completed packet is one that contains each of the following:
   • Completed and Signed District Registration Form
   • Initialed and Signed Acknowledgement of Receipt /Release Info. Form
   • Signed (both sides) Emergency Card
   • Signed  Authorization for Health information to GUHSD (Yellow)
   • All enclosed questionnaire cards completed
   • Two different proofs of residency: current utility bills, rental agreement, driver’s license
   • Copy of child’s Immunization Record
   • Copy of child’s Birth Certificate
   • Signed and Completed Course Selection Form (Blue)

4. Return all registration materials (all items from #3) to Grossmont High School on the assigned dates between 3:00-7:00p.m.:

                     April 1   -          If coming from La Mesa/Spring Valley/Independent and
                                               Private Schools   

                     April 2   -          If coming from Cajon Valley Schools
                    

Incomplete packets will not be accepted

and receive classes,
